What we collect

If you contact us through the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company if you give one, and whatever you write in the message.

If you are a candidate we may also hold your CV, work history and the notes from our conversations, so that we can represent you accurately.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to match you with roles or candidates, and to keep a record of what we have discussed so you do not have to repeat yourself.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share candidate details with any company without explicit permission, every time.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful to the working relationship. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any point and we will confirm once it is done.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Email aimee@kolyco.com and we will handle it.
